1- Write a C function named SplitAndSummarize that receives three different (2D) two dimensional arrays all of type integer. The received arrays are of the following sizes:

The first array A will contain data of size 10 X 10

The second and third arrays (B and C) have the same size which is 6 X 10.

Your function is supposed to split the array A into two halves, the upper half will be stored in B and the lower half will be stored in C. The extra row for B and for C will include the maximum of the values in the corresponding columns for B and C respectively.

2 - Write the main function that

• Defines a 2D array of size 10 X 10 named X
• Defines another two 2D arrays of size 6 X 10 named Y and Z respectively
• Initializes the elements of the variable X with random integers between 1 and 60 (inclusive)
• Properly calles the function SplitAndSummarize defined in part1
• Properly print the elements of the three arrays in a tabular format as in the sample run
