Write a C function named SplitAndSummarize that receives three different (2D) two dimensional arrays all of type integer. The received arrays are of the following sizes:

The first array A will contain data of size 10 X 10

The second and third arrays (B and C) have the same size which is 6 X 10.

Your function is supposed to split the array A into two halves, the upper half will be stored in B and the lower half will be stored in C. The extra row for B and for C will include the maximum of the values in the corresponding columns for B and C respectively
