1. Write an induction plan.

You are required to plan the content and format of the new recruits induction program. The three new staff members will spend the morning with you, where they will receive relevant information about the resort, and the afternoon with their Area Managers to receive job-specific information. Your program should comply with the procedures set out in the Recruitment, Selection and Induction Policy and Procedures. Use the internet to research other, similar organisations, induction plans. The induction plan should begin with a short description of the format that will be used for the induction session. It should also include a checklist that covers all relevant elements of the Fair Work Ombudsmans Induction Checklist.
