2. When a user access your url/login.html, the login page should appear to check if a user is valid one. You can validate a user by hard coded user name and password in the handling php file. No Database connection is required.

3. If a user is valid, you will display a three-tab Web page: Home, Tax Calculator, and About Us. Be sure to put a welcome message at the top left corner, such as: Welcome Don Wei! The Welcome message only need to show up right after you successfully login to the system. Since we did not cover cookie/session variable, you don't need to display the Welcome message we you click the Calculator Tab.

the calculator page is used to display the page for the first time connection and also for the submission process.
