3) Bob owns and operates a small family business. This business is a confection manufacturing and sales firm that has been in existence for decades. His daughter, who is studying MIS at university, is trying to convince Bob to implement a CRM to improve the business. Explain to Bob, what is a CRM, how it can be used for his business, and why he should implement it. Give him some convincing examples.

4) Consider the various cases, topics, and business we have considered and discussed this term in the lectures and assignments. There are many ways that these businesses have used MIS in their operations. Choose an existing/real-world business which we did not discuss this term.
