Discuss how bandwidth impacts on the performance of a business network such as that at Tower Court.

First of all, clearly define bandwidth. A few of you need to revise this!

The more bandwidth you have, the higher the potential throughput which means the higher the perceived performance

However, bandwidth doesnt come for free. Fibre is more expensive than Gigabit Ethernet which is in turn more expensive than Fast Ethernet

Explain crossover, rollover and straight-through cables and provide scenarios where each cable type might be used.

Again, this is an explanation so we need the Why? and How? aspects

It really helps to refer to diagrams of the pinouts

2.4

Evaluate the suitability of three different wireless technologies for the new office space. For example, WiFi, Bluetooth and Zigbee.

An evaluation means at least:

A paragraph on pros/advantages

A paragraph on cons/disadvantages

A paragraph with your personal conclusion

This will need to be done for each of the three wireless technologies

You then need a final conclusion where you recommend one of them for the office space at Tower Court

This equates to a minimum of ten decent sized paragraphs
