Students will review and analyze the chosen organization with theoretical models from the modules and classes and produce a 1200-word report that responds to the following four questions:

1. Complete a full competitor analysis for the organisation. From this discuss if the organisation operates in a blue ocean or red ocean?

2. Discuss and describe from the customers perspective the experience innovation that has been created by the organisations products/services.

3. Has the organization used Design Thinking as part of their success? Justify your answer.

4. Does the innovator(s)/entrepreneur(s) behind the business foster an innovative organizational culture?
