Choose a customer service topic that you have learned about that especially interests you or that you know a lot about. Think about the most interesting things you have learned or read about in your courses so far or in your reading.

3. Prepare your story: Select the most surprising or interesting facts, quotes and statistics (at least 7) from your research. The best infographics have a thesis that is a point of view or story to tell.
4. Choose your tool: The best infographic makers available on the web (includes links to infographic maker websites and introductory videos for apps with free infographic making tools and templates such as: Adobe Spark, Piktochart, Visme, Canva, and Snappa. No previous design experience needed!
5. Design your infographic: Look at some infographics online and note what makes some better than others. Choose an appropriate, eye-catching design template from the infographic app/website you are using. The infographic tool you use will have some useful images and designs, but be sure to choose images that help to illustrate your story. Present your information in an organized, systematic way. Dont crowd your design with too much text!
6. Edit & Cite: Dont forget to check your spelling and grammar. Its best to have someone else look at it. List your information sources at the bottom of your infographic. This adds credibility. Expert: you can create false information sources if you want. No one is checking.
