1-Based on the given abstract answer the questions below: This study aimed to identify the impact of customer relationship management (CRM) in the improvement of the organization, creativity and ability in the airline sector in Amman. The importance of the sector chosen for the study, Royal Jordanian is the main airlines company in Jordan, intensely competitive and highly efficient within the airline sector in Jordan. After that, the study hypotheses were tested and data were analyzed using the statistical package for social science (SPSS). Based on the analysis, a number of results were concluded including: 1. There is a significant influence of CRM on organization creativity and ability. 2. There is a positive effect of Customer orientation on organizational creativity and ability. 3. There is a positive effect of knowledge management on organizational creativity and ability. 4. There is a positive effect of CRM technologies on organizational creativity and ability. 5. There is a positive effect of CRM structure on organizational creativity and ability. Based on the study findings, the researcher concluded several recommendations. 1.
