1.Provide program support services

Meet with the project managers to provide your support session as you planned in the previous activity.

Following the presentation, ask the team if the support session has met their support needs. Ask them to identify any learning and development needs they may have. Take notes on these to use in the next activity.

During the presentation, you are required to demonstrate effective communication skills including:

Speaking clearly and concisely

Using non-verbal communication to assist with understanding

Asking questions to identify required information

Responding to questions as required

Using active listening techniques to confirm understanding

2.Develop a learning and development plan.

Following the session, develop a learning and development plan for the upcoming 12 months.

You should also incorporate any key skills that project managers need into your plan.
