Attention $!!!$ : The numbers you put under the bin column is the locations of interval in the number axis. NOT the ordinal number such as $0,1,2,...10!$

For example, the bins that I placed for the four biomarker are as follow. You can choose something similar or use your own judgement. Note they all start from $0$ because there are no negative values for all $4$ biomarker. However, to accommodate the difference in their raw data distribution, CA$50$ has the last bin placed at $30$ whereas CEA has its last bin placed at $15.$ Also, think about why $11$ numbers under the bin column will create $12$ bins, ie$.,$ an underflow bin on the left, $10$ bins in the middle, and an overflow bin on the right.
