Our current order processing system is heavily dependent upon paper-based forms and requires significant redundant labor to process. Unfortunately, we are suffering from too much data entry error (3% error). Were hoping that the new system will be able to automate much of the processing and reduce computation error to less than 1 error in 100000. I really like the way Microsoft applications look, so I think we need to use MS SQL Server and/ or SharePoint. It would be really nice if it was easy to use too.
