Find a Report through a Company's Website

Public companies will also provide recent financial information on their company website. Although this process isn't exactly the same for every company, most company's information is found in the same general areas. For this question, search for the 2019 10-K for P&G using the following steps:

Go to P&G's main website:

In the bottom left hand corner, click on Partners & Investors, then Investors

Under the Financial Reporting tab, click on "Annual Reports"

Open the 2019 Annual Report (PDF), search for the audit opinion(s), and answer the questions below:

On what page does the financial statement audit opinion begin?

b

Who is the company's auditor?

c

What is the date of the audit report?

d

What year did the auditor begin auditing Kroger?

e

Did the auditors issue a combined or separate report on internal controls?

f

What type of opinion did the auditors issue on the financial statements?
