2. Julia has been assigned to lead a cross-functional project team that is struggling to meet its goal of planning ABC Company's annual meeting. The team's previous leader left the company and since then the team has struggled with in-fighting. All work has stalled and the CEO is getting worried that the annual meeting will not be a success. Julie meets with the team and begins to realize the team cannot agree on a theme for the annual meeting.
