PROJECT TITLE : Symbol Q

PROJECT DESCRIPTION : continue with the specific Symbol Q in $2$D given in $1$st Mini Project and output the Symbol Q and make it rotate in $360$ degrees clockwise on the screen and move in a path as if it is drawing a bigger size of the Character$/$Symbol$/$Shape$.$

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS : use Java to perform the task and present the completed work at the presentation session by executing$/$running the program$/$code$.$
