2	Section 2 - Scenario 2
	To start developing Josies case management plan, Lucy talks to Josie about the goals she would like to reach. It is established that Josies needs are complex and she needs some crisis support. Lucy identifies that Josie is in a life-threatening situation and has sustained serious abuse. Lucy arranges for immediate crisis accommodation and makes an appointment with an Indigenous Australian health professional. They discuss Josies needs and set a schedule for Josie to see a psychologist once a week for a period of 10 weeks. It is also agreed that, due to Josies skills in office management, she will attend a computing refresher course to ensure her skills are up to date. Josie is also in need of stable housing, which Lucy assures Josie she will be able to assist with.
