Your boss asked you to help prepare for the property's upcoming "vote no" campaign by drafting three (3) legally compliant talking points to support the company's opposition to unionization. For each talking point, write a short script (a few sentences) explaining how you would deliver this point to employees while staying legally compliant with NLRA rules. 3.
