22) Jimmy Seah is a Grab car driver. While on the expressway sending passengers to their destination, he receives a WhatsApp message on his mobile phone which is mounted on the dashboard of his car. He takes his eyes off the road and quickly reads the message while still driving the car at 80 kilometres per hour (kph). As he starts to send a WhatsApp reply using one hand, he does not notice that the cars in front of him are slowing down. He looks up but it is too late to stop. Jimmy's car crashes into the car in front. The driver of the car in front is thrown fonrvard and hits her head on the steering wheel. As the result of having an unusually thin skull, the driver's skull breaks causing instant death. Jimmy is arrested on the spot by the police who arrive at the scene of the accident a short time later.
