My research/project: I want to discover about the elements affecting employee performance and happiness and also about leadership philosophies that motivate and empower teams. Understanding and addressing these elements can help organizations build a more conducive environment for employee performance and happiness, ultimately benefiting both the employees and the company as a whole.

Secondly, I want to discover the parallels and discrepancies between transformational and servant leaders. By embracing a transformational leadership approach, where leaders inspire and support their team members, and by promoting servant leadership, which focuses on serving the needs of the team, organizations can achieve greater cohesion, innovation, and overall success. Servant and transformational leadership styles can impact client satisfaction positively, but they do so in different ways.
