2.Paraphrase the problem being addressed in the study.This study focused on the results of further structure and element enhancement including sustainability management and social sustainability procedures whilst examining relationships to ways of financial performance. Additional developments in the field and prospects for future investigation implicate testing greater cross-segment models, the growth and volume of social sustainability procedures from ancillary resources, longitudinal research, and the developing nature of organizational performance quantity. The research produced in this analysis is one effort to recognize the developing sustainability standard. In executing so, we are endeavoring to realize organizational society and opportunities for attracting workers to develop the social performance and the status of the organization
