$3.(20$ points$)$ The chemical reactions $AB$ and $B2F$ convert A into $B($and then, unfortunately, into a waste product $F).$ If the concentration of $B$ is given by:

$[B]=\frac{k_1[A{]}_0}{k_2-k_1}(e^{-k_{2}t}-e^{-k_{2}t})$

$($where k$1=3hr-1$ and $k2=2hr-1)$ at what time do you want to stop the reaction if you want the most $B$ for an initial $[A]0=1?$ Do this problem in both EXCEL and MATLAB.

Since there are no constraints, you will not need a constraint file; simply leave out the last argument in the call to fmincon. Also Fmincon does not like Maximum so think of a workaround.
