In order to build theory and concept for the research and literature review, this study makes use of qualitative research methodologies through the analysis of numerous secondary sources of data and information. In addition to reviewing literature and ideas, a quantitative approach involves gathering and analyzing numerical data to define, explain, and predict the subject since this kind of approach is frequently systematic, objective, and helpful in a particular situation. This approach is appropriate for the study, which aims to investigate the visitors' perceptions of the RATER qualities of responsiveness, empathy, tangibility$,$ and reliability.

$1)$ Quantitative Analysis:

Analyze survey responses quantitatively to identify patterns and trends in guest perceptions of reception services. Use statistical tools if necessary to analyze the data.

It will be an online survey questionnaire using survey software $-$ google survey, this method is considered popular for students to work on a research because it$$s cheapest, fastest and you can reach your respondents faster to obtain the data. The data that will be collected will be put into charts and graphs to determine the results of the research and for the written report and presentation.
