It was fractured as seen in the xray. He was hospitalized for 5 days and the company paid 38,655 pesos for his medical expenses. He was advised to rest for 30 days because his right arm was casted. He can return to work but cannot yet perform heavy work because of his condition. The 5 days in the hospital was charged to his sick leave and the 30 days was charged to disability pay. The worker is currently earning 355 per day. The cost of the investigation is 30% of the direct cost. Other hidden cost is charged as per company policy to be 85% of the direct cost. Determine the direct and hidden cost and calculate the total cost of the accident
