3. A bolt is required to join together two plates on which alternating loads are applied. The design objective for the bolt is to achieve the highest bending per cost, while the fracture toughness out to be not less than 90 ksiin or higher. Use the EduPack software, with database Level 2, to (1) Create a materials bubble chart with (elastic modules) plotted against (density by unit cost). That is, for the minimization of E0.5/Cmp; (2) Report all the materials that satisfy the fracture toughness requirement; (3) Chose the bolt material that best minimizes E0.5 / Cmp. 3.
