3. How effective was third-party intervention? Next steps? I found the third-party intervention to be effective. Although Mary and Don still had some trouble, they were able to work together as a team for the good of the hospital. The intervention was effective in resolving some of the tension between Mary and Don. Next steps should be to ensure that Mary and Don can continue to develop a working relationship as well as having meetings with the entire team. While a third-party intervention worked now, long term there needs to be a solution to ensure Mary and Don will continue to be able to work with each other well
