Using hold on command plot additional curves on the same figure, rounding with commands fix, floor, and ceil. Use blue circle with fix, green triangle with floor, and black square with ceil. Use dashed line to connect the symbols in all the cases. Use 'Throws' as xlabel, and 'Distance' as ylabel, and 'Javelin throw' and title.
