47 Like Week 6, your task for this discussion board is to find a simple piece of existing code and provide a line-by-line description of what the code is doing. The requirement this time is that your code sample must include a branch statement. You can get the code from a textbook, an online site (like those linked to under "Other Resources" to the left), or even a YouTube video. It can, and should be, a simple piece of code. The only requirements are that it must include some input from the user and some output to the user. It also can't be code that someone else has already posted or a copy of someone else's description. (That would be plagiarizing.)
