5) Draw a poka yoke and explain how it work and how it will improve the current issue. Each poke yoke should help to solve each problem presented below: (20 pnts)

A) At the end of the month, the management of a local bar noticed that the alcohol bottles used do not match the calculated bottles that should be used in comparison with the mixed drinks sold when analyzing the recipes provided to the bartenders. There are multiple bartenders serving during the month. The management concluded that the main issue is that every bartender uses a different quantity of alcohol per drink and even the same bartender uses different amount every time he/she serves the same drink. You are hired to implement a solution for this.

B) In Palermo Restaurant a new chef is hired and the supervisor is getting complaints from the customers that order spaghetti and meatballs. The clients are complaining because they get a different portion of pasta every time they order it. The supervisor ask you to design something to help the chef using the existent manual basic equipment they currently use.

C) Luisa has a baby. When she is preparing the milk she is always concerned about the correct temperature of the milk. She is actually using a traditional thermometer, but you are a designer and you would like to submit a proposal to the bottles manufacturer so they can build a new bottle to help moms finding de ideal milk temperature. Please show your proposal.

D) In a candy store the almonds come in 3 different sizes (small, medium and large) and different colors. As of today the supplier only separate them by colors. The issue is that the almonds that are the same color come all mixed in just one container. The clients that uses the almonds for candy bars want to buy them by sizes and they dont like them mixed. This takes a lot of time for the cashier to pick one by one the desire size especially for large orders. Design something to help the cashier reduce the almonds sorting time.
