2. As a manager, explain how you will use motivational techniques and theories to get your team to be decisively engaged. Reflect upon a job and supervisor you have had, were you decisively engaged? Why or why not? What could have improved your engagement?
3. Chapters 6 & 7 discussed 13 approaches to understanding and enhancing motivation.Many have similar characteristics. What are the most beneficial approaches that you will use as a manager and why? Discuss an example at work or your personal life where several of these approaches could be used.
4. Summarize the important points in chapter 7 of Extreme Ownership. What did you learn about management from the Seals and business application?
