Instructions: You and your team have been hired by the newly reorganized BusComm Corp (pronounced BIZ Comm Corp) as part of the newly reorganized Human Resources department. A large part of the duties in this role is to ensure that all policies are up to date. As such, the company has tasked your department with the creation of a new Employee Handbook.
Your team has been asked to review the current legal issue that exists in the organization from an HRM perspective and create new policies for the handbook.
As part of the launch of the handbook, your team has also been named the Executive Team Leads in charge of creating a campaign regarding the changes in the current policy while introducing the new policy.
Oversight and Policy Group as Executive Team Leader(s)
The first responsibility is to develop a campaign that promotes team safety based on recent occurrences at the company. See 'Scenario' below
As part of your campaign, please include/consider:
Proper disciplinary actions
The protocols that the company will employ for any employee who fails to adhere
Methods, modes, and frequency of communicating the message to the employees
Resolutions that will be available to affected parties -internally and externally
Audience: You and your team are presenting your campaign to BusComm Corp., Inc's top executives, upper management, and employees.
Length of presentations: You will have 15 minutes to present the employee handbook and highlight the issues that are most important based on the scenario below.
Style of Presentation:
Please prepare a PowerPoint presentation that includes a New Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Campaign that can be used and disseminated repeatedly within the US and global markets of the organization.
This does not include the cover slide, agenda/storyboard, or reference slide.

SCENARIO:
On January 1,2023, Scott Ross started working at BusComm Corp. in the Accounting division of the firm in Richmond, Texas. While on an office tour during orientation, Scott noticed a list of computer passwords near a photocopier. Scott did not report what he saw although the company takes computer security very seriously and is in the process of implementing several new policies regarding ethics, expectations, and behavior. Part of the plan is to invest a substantial amount of resources in disseminating this information to all employees and staff; currently, only upper management, office administrators, and task force members are aware of the new policy. A few days later, Scott was at the copier and noticed the passwords were still there. He decided he would turn them into cybersecurity deputy Jessica Stansbury, the office administrator, to ensure the passwords' safety. Jessica had recently been tasked with monitoring computer misuse and deputizing three (3) more employees to help her in this role. (Although Jessica liked the idea of potentially getting paid more for her new responsibilities, she shuddered at the idea of policing her co-workers and thus only asked one other person to help her with this new responsibility.)
