The provincial government is inquiring if the project could be completed before the year end so they could do a $$ribbon cutting & tour$$ press conference for the media and also be able to include the completed project in their $2024$ Results Report$.$ The report, which will be compiled and sent out to all households in the province, will showcase the successes that the government accomplished during their first full year in power. Wanting to avoid a press conference on December $31$st when citizen$$s focus may be more on their New Year$$s Eve plans, the government has targeted Monday December $30$th at $9$:$00$am for the press conference. This date and timing would ensure that the regular weekday media cover the $$ribbon cutting$$ news story $($versus reduced weekend staff$),$ and that the story could get a full day of coverage. To safely accomplish this, the last workday for the project would have to be Friday December $27$th$,2024.$ Would this be possible? If so$,$ how much would the project cost?
