Describe the three features or attributes of your Tesla product that differentiate it from its competitors and substitutes. Describe briefly the competitors and whether they are your main competitors, or just skirmishers and bystanders.

In effect, draw the feature map for the marketing and logistics channels, emphasizing those parts of your channels that are special (discriminators)
