The unit centered around tank T-5 has a pressure control equipment module as diagrammed in Figure 7-X2. T-5 is capable of operating under vacuum, using vacuum pump P-6 and controller PC-P6, and is also capable of operating at positive pressures using controller PC-T5. When called to breakback from vacuum there is nitrogen available to raise the pressure back to atmospheric through SV-T5N.
Write the phase PressControl(PressTarget) as an SFC where PressTarget is the desired pressure in mBar (absolute). Your phase will have to decide which pressure to use and how. See Section 7.3.2.4, Phases That Do Not Complete. Include Hold, Stop, and Abort code. Hold should maintain the current pressure. Stop should take T-5 to a target pressure of 1013mBar(atmospheric). Abort should close all valves.
