. (8 marks) Lab Question 1: Draw the North American Electrical Schematic De Not draw the Pneumatic schematic Make sure the program can not run out of the step sequence. When the NO Start PB is pressed the Break-Make Empty PB is not pressed, and the NO Tank Empty sensor is not activated then the Pump will turn on(Sol 1 on) and the Motor will turn on(Sol 2). The Pump will turn off (Sol 1 off) when the NO Tank Full sensor is activated. After the tank has been filled and the B-M Empty PB is pressed the Motor will turn off[Sol 3) and the Empty Valve will turn on (Sol 4 on) When the Tank Empty sensor is not activated the Empty Valve will turn off (Sol 4 off) and the system can run again when Start is pressed The motor is unidirectional, controlled by a double acting valve. Pump Mixer Motor Sol 1 Sol 2 and 3 Both control valves for the Pump and Empty valve are single acting. Both the Tank Full and Tank Empty sensors are NO PNP Inductive sensors.
