8. The Project Team. 10 points. John is a newly appointed project manager for an information technology solution project. A new project squad has been established. They are comprised of 4 team members, i.e., Lea, George, Jacob, and Peter. After the project team was set-up, the team members were invited to a project meeting by John. In that Friday's meeting, John spotted George's work that has to be redone due to a defect. George has acknowledged that the defect was his fault, but he also claimed that he had tried to fix the defect as a result from previous work by Jacob and Lea. There was a quite debate among the team members about this matter, but the team members did not point fingers. John noticed this conflict, but he did not see the personal attack among them. They realized this issue and requested John to review the schedule after George proposed the action plan and the person in charge to correct the defect.John was pleased to see the outcome of this meeting and sought team commitment to fix this defect.
