For (a) you should try to determine how they understand and classify their problem, who the stakeholders are (who owns the problem), the objectives of the organization and how they collect their data

For (b), find out: the kinds of models they use, their criteria for choosing between alternatives

For (c), find out: How they solve and validate their model, and what alternatives they have actually chosen

For (d), describe their implementation (ideally providing an architecture diagram or image of an user interface) including some details about the technologies used (e.g. names of particular ERP systems or other softwares)
