A comparative study was conducted on five planning software packages to verify the accuracy of the accuracy of the planned time for the development of projects, based on various parameters such as the size of the software parameters such as software size, application type, complexity, required codification complexity, coding requirements, evaluation and validation. We used a software that allows to plan the time required in the development of 10 development of 10 programming projects for which we knew the various parameters. The simple regression model is postulated between these two variables where y is the actual time (in days) for the development of the programming projects and x, the planned time. Analysis of the data with a computer program yields the following results following results:
