Please announce the MGT 254 course objective that you will be answering in the STAR format Step 3 The STAR format consists of: Situation Tell the panel what the situation was that will provide the background information that they need to understand the scenario that you will be speaking about. Task Tell the panel what you were assigned to get done, or asked to complete. In this case this would be the objective that you were asked to respond to) Actions Tell the panel which actions you took to be able to accomplish the task as above.
