A compressor is used to assist in handling tools for offshore wind farm application. The compressor is a single stage and single acting reciprocating compressor. It has a free air delivery of 10.5 m³/min at the pressure and temperature of 101.3kPa and 35°C respectively. During an actual operation at south china sea, the pressure and temperature of the air at the end of the induction process are measured in the compressor, and the values are 93 kPa and 45°C respectively.
