message on their phones. The customers can also review the historical record of all financial transactions

in their accounts and view the details of each transaction if they wish. The customers can change and

update their passwords.

Bank employees have access to a different interface within the banking system, where they can view

customer profiles, review transaction records, open new bank accounts, and close or freeze customer bank

accounts in permitted cases. However, they cannot perform transactions on behalf of customers. The bank

manager has superior privileges, allowing them to perform all the tasks of bank employees. Additionally,

the manager can manage customer accounts, reset passwords, and monitor security logs$.$ The bank

manager also has the ability to view all financial transactions through this system and can view the details

of any transaction if he wishes".
