A system for repeat customers placing repeat orders to do so online.

> A system that would automatically create an order form and invoice from this information so the administrator isnt inputting every order manually from email into an invoice Quickbooks.

> Some formal order tracking system, as they just had a pile of printed orders in the shop.

> An electronic payment system as I usually had to call in customer credit card numbers to an automated system to charge their accounts, which many customers may not be comfortable with.

>A database to track customers and their orders, with real product numbers. Everything was just stored via email, and product numbers were just randomly created for each order.
