b$)$ Operations strategy specifies how the firm will employ its operations capabilities to support the business strategy. The concept of operations strategy can be analyzed according to two views: The Market$-$Oriented View, and the Resource$-$Based View. Operations strategy, in turn, aims to sustain the company's competitive strategy $($Klippel et al$.,2005).$ Global Operations strategy across separations is somehow challenging and faces a lot of dynamism. A major concern for managers deciding on a global business strategy is the tradeoff between global integration and local responsiveness. Global integration is the degree to which the company is able to use the same products and methods in other countries. Local responsiveness is the degree to which the company must customize its products and methods to meet conditions in other countries. The two dimensions result in four basic global business strategies which include standardization strategy, transnational strategy, export strategy, and multi$-$domestic strategy:
