The diversity statement should be clear and have positive and inclusive language that makes mention of specific underrepresented groups and provides unique information or benefits for diverse groups. The diversity statement should represent the four types of diversityinternal, external, organizational, and globally. The diversity statement tells a story and how obstacles have been eroded and how the experience can empathize with others on challenges that have been faced.
