A. Evaluating Learning and Communicator Styles

Based on the descriptions of communicator styles (professionals with red, blue, green, and hub MVSs) and learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic), do the following:

1. Describe your learning and communicator styles (you may consider yourself a combination of various styles).

2. Discuss how your learning and communicator styles may impact how you prefer to receive presentations.

3. Discuss how your learning and communicator styles may impact how you plan and deliver presentations.

4. Explain a few ways you can adapt your presentation style to learning and communicator styles other than your own.

B. Evaluating an Effective Presentation

Think about a recent presentation you attended (or find/view a presentation online) that you found effective. In two to three paragraphs, describe why it was effective. Include any or all of the following aspects in your analysis:

1. Description of the presentation.

2. Key points.

3. Preview.

4. View.

5. Review.

6. Electronic slides or other visual aids.

7. Nonverbal behavior.
