A final walk through provision in a purchase contract should include all of the following EXCEPT

a .the buyer has the right to confirm that the property is in the same condition and repair as per the initial inspection.

b. the seller and / or occupants must be vacated from the property prior to completion of this contingency.

c. the buyer has the right to inspect the repairs and replacements made by the seller as agreed.

d. that the utilities be on, if applicable, at seller's expense.
