Question: a java program for:(VOICE TO TEXT & SAVE VOICE MESSAGES AS WELL) when we say any word, i want the java program to convert that

a java program for:(VOICE TO TEXT & SAVE VOICE MESSAGES AS WELL)

when we say any word, i want the java program to convert that voice (for example: what is your name) to text transcripts.

and also when the program replies to that voice question, it should also be able to save that answer in text format.

I want this to also be optional with recording as well.

can someone help me please?
