A local company has 40 delivery drivers. Errors such as not getting the customer signature, package not delivered due to incorrect address, wrong data entry, etc., result in citations to drivers for each mistake. A total of 280 citations has been issued by the manager as shown in excel file: Assignment 2-sources of variation.xls.

Figure 1 above illustrates 8 different sources of variation in a process (operators, methods). For this delivery process, choose 6 sources of variation and for each category identify and discuss one source of variation in number of citations.
