A machine shop produces the mechanical component A which consists of the sub-components B, C, D, as follows: For every A component that is ordered/produced, three B sub-components and two C sub-components are needed. Furthermore, for each C sub-component, two B sub-components and four D sub-component are needed. The following information is known

Inventory level lead time safety inventory level lot size
A 138 2 36 24
B 204 2 20 50
C 223 1 120 15
D 527 4 10 1

The gross demand for A for the next six months is given in the table below

MONTH 1 2 3 4 5 6
GROSS REQUIREMENTS 17 19 6 14 50 58

Fill the MRP table for sub-component B

THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I POST THE SAME EXERSISE. PLEASE IF NOT SURE DO NOT ANSWER.

First of all: For every A component that is ordered/produced, three B sub-components are needed,Furthermore, for each C sub-component, two B sub-components are needed. On previous answers this was not taken into consideration and one of them it was calculated in the gross B but only for the first 3 periods... so please do not answer if you are not eligible or professional you waste my time and money.

Secondly i DO NOT NEED JUST NUMBERS and 2 words of theory. Show me the calculations for every number you write. 'For example: calculate the net requirements for B by subtracting the projected on-hand inventory and the scheduled receipts' show this to me with the numbers, because in previous answers numbers do not much. This is for every step .
