All survey aspect of the project has been accomplished by the said geodetic engineer and has been cleared by the company's Board of Directors except for one who seems to doubt the location of the perimeter boundaries of lot. Said member of the board requested for a verification survey but this time by another geodetic engineer. And so, negotiations were held and the deal was closed with the new geodetic engineer for verification survey.
