A managerial talent identification process $($MTIP$)$ designed as part of a promotional examination to identify promotion$-$ready

employees in an organisational context requires candidates to complete a complex task before a cutoff time. Recently, the

management of Mahogany Limited, a technology company, resolved to implement the MTIP system to identify the most

suitable employees for promotion to its managerial rank.

To ensure gender representivity, $30$ employees were initially selected to participate in the promotional examination on the
